Background & Experience
Seemax Landscapes has a strong foundation rooted in extensive education and hands-on experience. Founders Harry and Mp both completed their landscaping and horticulture studies in 2013-2014 in Auckland. While studying, they began working at the highly reputed Palmers Garden Centre in Orakei, where they gained invaluable experience over six years, working on stunning projects in Remuera, Orakei, Meadowbank, Auckland City, and Mission Bay.
During their careers, they have had the privilege of working on high-profile projects, including irrigation for former Prime Minister John Key, turf installation for renowned New Zealand cricketer Daniel Vettori, and the landscaping for Tank Juice's locations. Additionally, they have contributed to luxury lifestyle developments in Waiheke Island. This rich background equips Seemax Landscapes with the expertise and creativity to handle any landscaping challenge, ensuring exceptional results for every client.
MENTOR-Inspiration- BOSS
My mentor, inspiration, and boss, Mr. Jonathan Harrison, is the owner of Harrison Landscaping and Palmers Garden Centre. On my first day with the landscaping team, I faced a challenging, long, and busy schedule that truly tested my endurance. From carrying wheelbarrows in sunny and rainy days in Auckland to becoming a team leader, it has been a remarkable journey. Over the years, we completed hundreds of jobs around Auckland City, from designing beautiful backyards to installing lush artificial grass, building stunning decks, and creating breathtaking gardens. At the end of my first day, when Jonathan offered me a handshake and asked how my first day was, it made all the hard work worthwhile. That simple gesture of recognition and support turned my first day into a memorable experience, reinforcing my passion for the field and my appreciation for having such a dedicated mentor.
The Rise of Seemax Landscapes 2019-2020
After finishing with Palmers, Harry embarked on a new journey in Hamilton, where Seemax Landscapes began to rise in prominence by delivering exceptional landscaping services. As the business grew, the Seemax team steadily invested in essential machinery, acquiring diggers, dingo machines, utes, trucks, vans, and all the necessary tools to operate efficiently. This commitment to quality and the right equipment allowed us to tackle a wide range of landscaping projects, further establishing our reputation in the Hamilton area and enabling us to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
